Please call our office at (705) 739-1515 to book an appointment.
Our dental receptionists are available by phone or in person throughout the day to arrange appointments and help with any administration
inquiries.
On your first visit, we ask you to arrive to the practice 10 minutes before your appointment time; this is so you
can complete a medical and dental questionnaire.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please give wherever possible at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to make alternative arrangements and run efficiently.
During the week patients in pain or in an emergency situation should call the office immediately. Every effort will be made to schedule an appointment as soon as possible that day. During the weekends and holidays, if our patients require urgent advice outside of our business hours, they can call 705-739-1515 to obtain an emergency telephone number for the dentist on call.
We continue to pre-screen our patients and follow masking and distancing guidelines in keeping with the latest guidelines of the Government of Ontario and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all major debit cards. We prefer that all fees are settled at the end of each session, if you would prefer to pay in a different manner please feel free to discuss this with our office manager or one of our reception staff. Many of our patients are covered by dental insurance plans, our administrative staff will complete all the paperwork for you and send your claim electronically whenever possible. Most insurance companies allow us to collect assignment ; however, depending on your personal plan it may require you to pay us and then claim your reimbursement from the insurance company.
